Why do you offer the Basic subscription for free?
We think the best way to impress you with our offering is for you to try it out. And, we want you to be confident that VeoProject matches the needs of your team before you buy.
You can run a small project using the Basic subscription. Basic subscriptions never expire.
What limitations are built into the free, Basic subscription?
With a Basic subscription, you will have access to the full array of VeoProject functionality (with the exception of time tracking). However, you are limited in the number and complexity of projects you can manage.

If I do not pay to sign up now, how do I buy VeoProject?
The administrator account (that you create during the sign up process) can upgrade or downgrade between subscription plans
at any time. When upgrading to a pay subscription, you will be asked to provide a credit card number. That card will be billed monthly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, sign in to VeoProject using the administrator account (that you create during the sign up process) and click the "settings" link at the top of the page to modify your subscription. You can also contact us
through our website. You will receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hrs.
You can cancel your VeoProject subscription at any time. If you have upgraded to a pay subscription with a credit card, your credit card will never billed after you cancel.
Because we bill your credit card at the END of each monthly usage period, refunds for previously billed subscription fees are not provided. However, if you cancel you won't be billed for ANY of the current month.
What is a project document?
A project document manages rich text and a hierarchy of tasks or actions. Examples: a project plan, an issue tracker, a structured meeting, a todo list, or a wiki document. Your team could use a single project document for a project; or, dozens to plan tasks, track issues and meeting actions, and organize all project information into a wiki.
What methods of payment are accepted for VeoProject?

How do I create additional accounts for my collaborators?
When you are signed into VeoProject, you can create additional accounts for an UNLIMITED number of collaborators.
